The administrative decision on non-admission to studies delivered electronically together with a qualified electronic signature should be read using an external program for reading PDF documents, eg Adobe Acrobat Reader, Foxit Reader or another PDF reader.
Reading the decision without using an external program, e.g. using a web browser, will result in the inability to read information about the qualified electronic signature.
